TERMS AND CONDITIONS + PRIVACY POLICY

These Interior Design, Documentation and Styling Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) together with the agreed proposal or Scope of Works (“Scope”) form a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between:

You, the client (“Client”); and Danielle (Danni) Foley, trading as Renovogue (ABN 16 792 968 114) (“Renovogue”).

The “Project” refers to any interior design, documentation, sourcing, procurement, or styling services provided by Renovogue as outlined in the Scope.

1. Engagement & Fees

By accepting the Scope or making any payment, the Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

A deposit, as outlined in the Scope, is payable in full prior to commencement of any work. Unless otherwise required by law, all deposits are non-refundable.

Where a Project is delivered in stages, Renovogue may invoice progressively in accordance with the Scope.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued as outlined in the Scope. Renovogue’s standard trading terms are seven (7) days from the invoice date.

Final concept approval must be received and all outstanding fees paid in full before:

•All documentation is released

•Supplier details are released; and/or

•Products, furniture, or accessories are ordered.

Renovogue reserves the right to suspend work if payments are overdue.

3. Additional Services

Any work requested outside the agreed Scope will be charged at Renovogue’s current hourly rate and invoiced as incurred.

Unless otherwise stated, the service fee includes two (2) revisions. Additional revisions are charged at an hourly rate.

Showroom visits are charged at an hourly rate plus travel time.

4. Termination

The Client may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice.

If termination occurs prior to Project completion, Renovogue will assess work completed to date and may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund where appropriate. Any work completed remains payable.

5. Client Responsibilities & Purchases

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client is responsible for:

•Purchasing all approved products, furnishings, and services

•Liaising with suppliers and trades

•Arranging delivery

•Inspecting goods upon delivery and reporting damage

Renovogue accepts no responsibility for supplier performance, delivery delays, defects, or damages.

6. Access & Site Conditions

The Client must ensure reasonable access to the property during business hours to allow Renovogue and any third parties to perform the agreed services.

7. Role of Renovogue

Renovogue provides interior design, documentation, and styling services only and is not a builder, contractor, architect, engineer, or project manager unless expressly stated in the Scope.

Renovogue is not responsible for construction, structural matters, or trade execution, which remain the responsibility of the Client and their appointed professionals.

8. Products, Pricing & Availability

All product pricing, lead times, and availability are indicative only and subject to change. Renovogue is not liable for variations in cost, colour, finish, or availability after concepts are prepared.

Renovogue does not provide product warranties. Any warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, documents, drawings, concepts, images, and materials produced by Renovogue remain its intellectual property.

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the materials solely for the Project. Designs may not be reused, copied, or transferred without written consent.

10. Photography & Marketing

The Client agrees to allow Renovogue or its nominated photographer to photograph the completed Project.

Images may be used for Renovogue’s marketing, website, social media, publications, and promotional material. Client names and addresses will not be disclosed without consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renovogue excludes all warranties, representations, or conditions not expressly stated in this Agreement.

Renovogue’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the Agreement.

12. Privacy Policy

Renovogue collects personal information solely for the purpose of providing design services, communicating with clients, and managing Projects.

Personal information is handled confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required to deliver services or by law.

Clients may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting Renovogue.

13. General

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Client Acknowledgement

By engaging Renovogue, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Scope of Works
